Ergo appoints Declan Parker as Managing Director of IT Resourcing

Ergo is pleased to announce that Declan Parker has stepped into the role of Managing Director of IT Resourcing, where he will guide the next phase of growth and innovation within the division.

With close to 30 years of industry experience including 26 years at Fujitsu, where he held senior technical and leadership positions such as Chief Architect. Declan brings deep expertise in designing and delivering large‑scale technology programmes across both public and private sectors. His work has spanned areas including transport, justice, revenue, and global retail, giving him a strong understanding of complex IT landscapes. 

In this expanded leadership role, Declan will focus on strengthening the strategic direction of Ergo’s IT Resourcing Services. Key priorities for the year ahead include enhancing market intelligence and skills analytics, further building capability across core technology areas like cloud, data, and digital transformation, and ensuring our resourcing model continues to evolve in line with client needs. 

Declan’s appointment marks an important step as we continue to advance a more data‑driven, value‑led approach to IT resourcing one that supports clients in navigating changing technology demands and securing the skills that drive long‑term success.
